Singularity Press hopes to publish young adult books of speculative fiction that lend themselves to new and innovative worlds and fandoms. Singularity Press will not only publish books, but will also publish multi-media, conceptual spaces for readers to immerse themselves fully in a newly-created world. This company will be run almost entirely by students who will acquire, market, and publish books, and will create a needed avenue for hands-on experience for students interested in publishing.
Their long-term goal is to turn profits from the company into scholarships for marginalized students interested in publishing. |
