Prerequisites: College Composition II, 60 credits, and completion of or concurrent enrollment in Introduction to Writing Arts

This course presents the rhetorical, social, and practical dimensions of writing and researching in networked contexts. Students analyze and compose with audio, video, image and text, using a variety of digital writing practices. Students blend traditional and contemporary research methods informed by current literacy theories and modalities, allowing them to explore meaning-making, circulation, and the ethical ramifications of writing within digital communities.
